Via App/Website: Log in to your Trimverse mHealth app or our website. Select “Teleconsultation,” choose a suitable doctor from our network, and pick an available time slot.
Via USSD/Phone (for low connectivity): No smartphone? No problem. Dial our dedicated number to speak with an operator who will book your appointment for you.
You will get an SMS and/or an app notification confirming your appointment with a unique meeting ID.
Before your call, ensure your device is charged and you have a stable connection. Find a quiet, private space for the consultation.
Have your symptoms, current medications, and any relevant medical history ready.
At your scheduled time, simply click the unique link in your confirmation message or open the “My Appointments” section in the Trimverse app.
You will enter a secure, private video call with your doctor. Audio-only calls are also available if your video is unstable.
After the consultation, your doctor will send a digital prescription and a summary of the consultation directly to your Trimverse app or via SMS.
You can securely share this e-prescription with a local pharmacy or your primary clinic
